The
Conference is to be attended by the President's Administration, Government,
State Duma and Federation Council of the Russian Federation, the prominent
state figures and public activists, regional governors of Russia,
distinguished workers of culture, science, education and the clergy.
The Conference will provide a
forum to issue a conception of the Russian State development based
on the Eurasian values, to discuss and turn out recommendations of
the post-Soviet economic, social and cultural integtration.It is to
produce the strategic development concept of Russia as Eurasian State
in the XXI century.
At first this forum value
is that this is the first measure of a similar level on the post-Soviet
expanse. At an abundance of applications about the Euroasian rate
of Russian state system there are a lot of questions of ideological
organization of the Euroasian movement, that are not clear: the circle
of values on which it bases. At present Euroasian movement is submitted
mainly by initiatives of economic and political character. We think
that for creation of precise legal and cultural base of integration
on the post-Soviet expanse it is necessary to search for theoretical
bases in the field of the humanitarian right and first of all rights
of the man as universal value of XXI century. The ideological doctrine
of the Euroasian movement explained from a position of human rights
will allow to explain Russian position in this process to all other
world, initially to create positive installations for its perception.

"Eurasia"
State Duma deputy association is created by May 24, 2001. It includes
more than 20 deputies. The strategic purpose is an achievement of
national unity on the basis of the Euroasian ideology adapted for
modern public realities, expansion of parliamentary cooperation with
CIS countries. The "Eurasia" council chairman is A-V. Niyasov.
Russian Euroasian
Party It is a political social organization. It was founded the
19-th of June, 2001. The main aim of the party is to contribute to
development of all complex of integral processes in Russian Federation
and in CIS countries by political means, to establish an Euroasian
confederative Union. It is a conservative, left central party.The
tasks of party consist in society consolidation on mutual dialogue
principles, on equality of rights, on respect of interests, cultural
and religious values; in reinforcing of Russian federalism, social
institutes; in reformism of Russian society in interests of all Russian

The Euroasian
economic community "EvrAzES" (acting general secretary
is N. Isingarin) is an international organization. It is created to
the Contract signed in October, 2000, in Kazakhstan's capital Astana
by the presidents of Russia, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia, Kyrgyzstan and
Tadjikistan. The purpose of " EvrAzEs" is the mutually advantageous
cooperation and prospect of an output on real integration. Tasks:
completion of uniform Customs Union and uniform economic space formation,
rapproachement of the national legislation, coordinated structural
reorganization of national economics.
